Privacy

Azeroth Vault uses public Solana wallet data for giveaway snapshots and private contact details only to arrange delivery of claimed prizes. No active promotion or claims intake is currently configured.

Public evidence

Wallet addresses, eligible token balances, entry counts, snapshot slot, exclusions, draw results and proof data are public. Connecting a wallet shares its public address. The website never asks for a seed phrase or private key.

Prize claims

A winning claimant supplies a BattleTag, email and Battle.net account region. The signed message contains a hash of those details; the server stores the details encrypted with an operator-managed key. Authorized fulfillment operators can read the details to verify eligibility and send the gift. Private purchase and delivery receipts are encrypted; their hashes may be published as evidence.

Website services

The application is designed for Cloudflare hosting and D1 storage. Infrastructure providers may process standard request information, including IP address and browser metadata. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Wallet extensions have their own privacy policies.

Contact and retention

Before claims open, the operator must publish a contact channel, a claim-data retention period and procedures for access, correction and deletion requests. Public blockchain records cannot be erased by the operator. Until these details are approved and published, claims intake remains disabled.
